My Services will give your home the Competitive
Edge!
I follow proven Staging Criteria in all my projects and honor my
clients in all I do. I can do as little or as much as you would like
in order to ready your home or listing for sale- from the detailed Staging
Consultation to rearranging the space using existing furnishings or
staging a vacant property using my inventory.
I will visit your
home and spend 1-2 hours viewing the home, taking photos and
notes. You will receive a comprehensive report detailing the
changes necessary to prepare your home for sale. I
charge a flat fee for this service.
As a seller, your
often don't have the time or desire to prepare your home for sale.
Usually, in one day, I can come in and get all of your furniture and
accessories placed in the most appealing way. I will work within
your budget by doing as little or as much as you like. As a
Staging business, I can do everything from overseeing home maintenance
and repairs to accessory placement. I charge by the
square foot for this service. I charge an additional fee for heavy
lifting.

Do you need to know if
you should change the color of a room or replace the carpet or
countertop? I will spend approximately an hour with you in
your home to give you advice on preparing for your Open House. I
will work through your home with you, giving you valuable information
and suggestions on organizing, de-cluttering, and furniture placement to
create an easy traffic pattern and flow through the house. I
charge a flat fee for this service.
Vacant homes just
don't show well. Most buyers can't envision how great a home can
look with the right furniture placement or the best accessories.
With a lack of furniture, small things like a nick in the wood floor or
nail holes in the walls seem ominous. We need to create a sense of
comfort for them to imagine living there. My fee
varies for this service, depending on the size of the
home.
